Default Nav Light Lens

Hello All,

I've got to replace my right Nav Light Lens on my RV-4 (it's beyond faded, from green to yellow.....) Does anyone know a part number or where I may be able to find a replacement for this?

Edit: for some reason I can't get my images to embed, here is a link:

Thanks!
