Default Vapor Return Line QB-Tank ECI IOX-360

Hi I am building a RV7a QB since december 2006.
I want to buy the ECI IOX360 and this need two vapor return lines. The problem is I have QB-tanks which are all ready finished. There is a installation manual from ECI about this vapor return lines.

http://www.eci2fly.com/exp/eng_installmanual_rv7_9.pdf

In this manual the vapor return line is installed out of the tank and goes into the tank near the fuel Caps. And know the question. Is it possible the vapor return line goes parallel (near ) the vent line and it end behind the second rib.

I hope you understand what I mean, sorry for bad English.
Knobi
