Default Lycoming case bolt torque ?

Installing SDS dual sensor on 0360. The sensor bracket uses 3/8 bolts on the front main. Lycoming book says 30 ftlb. On line no help to confirm, so is 30 correct ?

Default

I believe those are 25ft/lbs. Service Instruction 1029D (8/15/86) is the most current.
