Default Skytypers

I mentioned these guys in my message in the "Blue Angel Down" thread. I thought I'd let everyone know about their website. It's really interesting, and the pilots are great ambassadors for aviation:

Beautiful SNJ-2s!

Apparently, a lot of people in Savannah have never seen anything like this. Growing up on Long Island I saw this many times. Though it wasn't quite as sophisticated they basically did the same thing without a computer and at a little lower altitude. I got into an argument with one native about the type of plane used. He insisted that they were jets going 1000mph. I told him he was on crack and that they usually use old WWII planes to do it. Thanks for the link so I can edumicate someone.

And out here on the west coast the Skytypers use Tigers... (I fly for them)

They're hiring pilots, btw...any skilled Commercial rated formation pilots in the SoCal or Vegas areas?

Paid formation flying ain't all that bad.

But to be honest the best part is a good smack in the head -- flying these Tigers reminds me clearly why I built the RV, and why I configured it the way I did.
