F721A canopy deck- csi k or dimple
I am ready to dimple or counersink the rivets for the F721a canopy deck rails to the longerons.
Do i countersink the 040 material or countersink the longeron and dimple the canopy decks?

Countersink
I countersinked. You can do either but I like the results on the countersink better. Don't go too deep.

Thanks for the feedback. After being away for a few days, i get gun shy when I dive back into the ocean.

I do remember I under bent the longerons in that area and had to do some adjusting. If you don't get a quick response here, PM or hit the Vans Aircraft Facebook page.

I dimpled all four canopy decks and countersunk the longeron. The dimples came out nice and crisp! I even dimpled after paint was applied.
