Default New Product Release AEROSPORT Plastic Air Vents

Aerosport Products now has a new line of plastic Air vents. These air vents come in 2 sizes and configurations. Large vents are 1.625" ID and the small are 1.25" ID. They both come in a square mount version or round panel mount version. The square mount is a direct replacement for the 3.25" square mount
vent that Van's and may other aircraft companies have used for years.

These air vents are available now. They are not on our website yet. So please email or call us for more information or to order.

How well do these new plastic vents seal compared to your aluminum ones and Van's plastic ones?

They are very close to the aluminum vents but give the edge still to the aluminum vents. Compared to the other plastic vents they are way better.
That was our goal to make them as close to the aluminum vents as possible with
A lower cost.

We will plan to be at Sun & Fun but on probably Saturday only. No booth

Are these made off the HP Multi Jet Fusion from PA12 material?
