Default Dimple for HS-910 HS tip fairing

Near the end and a puzzle of how to dimple the most aft pair of #30 holes. Is there a screw simpler for #30?

Default Try the VAF tool supplier advertisers

Hi,
Cleaveland sell such a thing. Perhaps you could try a male die in a gun backed with a custom female flat bar die also.

Ordered the 1/8 rivet pull dimples from ACS.
I suppose the flat table mounted bar with the dimples in it could work too will experiment.
Am all set for 3/32 or #6/8/10, but the #30 tight fit was a first, all the way at the end of the project.

I was able to do it with a hand dimpler from Avery. It is a vice grip with dimpling heads welded on. looks like aircraft spruce sells em. I did grind the top down a bit to make it fit.

I ground down my 3" yoke and used a hand squeezer normally. I've learned that I can be afraid to "customize" my tools when needed. I took off roughly 1/16 (maybe a little more) on each side. Hated to do it, but felt those rivets were in a very obvious area.
