Leaky tank repair tutorial ?

I have leaks that developed progressively over time. I did not build the wings. I have contacted WEEP No More for options. If that doesn't work out, can you direct me to a tutorial for tank leak repair ? I know about locktite, 21 AN3 bolts, strips to ease the dimples etc., cut big holes in the back of the tank. But I can't find an A,B,then C tutorial in the archives.
