Hello everyone,
i am not trying to do any shaming here, really i am not.
but like any other thread here, I am trying to solve a problem!

I am looking to escalate an issue i can't seem to solve at ATS, but i can't find any contact, and i wonder if anyone knows the customer service manager or someone i can address my problem:

I am very disappointed ATS customer support. I am chasing for days now Faith from the sales, to get a simple modification to the invoice, which will save hundreds of dollars of customs fees. I have asked the same, for example from both Spruce aircraft, and Vans aircraft (Thank you both), and got it 5 minutes after! so simple and effortless! and seems to be like a standard request. I am practically begging for days, it and that’s not the type of customer support expected from a company like ATS. Its seems like the customer service are trying to break me to leave them alone, but i have no intention of giving up

Anyone knows anybody there?
