Another BasicMed "convert"

After more than 37yrs of maintaining FAA medicals (1st, 2nd or 3rd class) I completed BasicMed today as part of my annual physical. No more yearly sleep apnea SI hoops to jump through for me.

I need to do that, but I havent yet. Is it easy?

I'm also hoping the VA will get with the program and allow us to use BasicMed for GiBill training instead of a Class2 so I can finish commercial and do CFI with the money.....

It was SUPER easy. My doctor looked at the AOPA paperwork I printed out for him and immediately signed it.
