I ended up building most of mine but was able to borrow parts to measure.

1. Do you use the stock F-782C cabin cover and cut off the part that goes under Dog House? - yes
2. Is F-7115A the part number for new aft section of the cabin cover where the pump is mounted, if not what is that P/N? - yes thats the correct p/n
3. What is the Plans page name or number for building the Dog House / pump mount? - dwg OP-21
I got the digital copy of the plans from vans which is really nice to have, there is a folder with all of the option drawings on it. I can send you a copy of OP-21 via email to save you time, PM me your email address
