Default Garmin 496 Tracks-Flights

I have been experimenting with downloading tracks into Google Earth and now I don't get distance on the flights downloaded to FlightBook. Does anyone have the best parameters (time, distance, interval) to use for Google Earth? I am assuming that the changes I made caused the flights page to loose the distance info.

TIA,
john RV-9a

Default Garmin Software Upgrade

The upgrade to 2.90 solved the distance problem. I would still like to know the best parameters for uploading tracks to Google Earth.
