Default Brake Fluid Level Viewing Tool

I'm installing the Grove brake master cyclinders with the remote reservoirs. From experience I know that checking the fluid levels in the RV-8 is a pain (literally) in the back. So before I put the reservoirs in I thought I'd create a simple tool to help check the levels. I just took a piece of semi-transparent nylon tubing left over from other uses (anything that will fit through the filler neck will work). I marked it at the 1/2 and 3/4 full points with a permanent marker. I also marked where the top of the reservoir is (blue tape) so that I'll be sure the tube is all the way into the reservoir before measuring. Once inserted, just put your finger over the top of the open end of the tube and pull it back out of the reservoir. You'll be able to see the level of fluid in the reservoir. My understanding is you should have about 1/2 to 3/4 full (you need to leave some air space for expansion).

Hope this helps somebody. It has saved me some extra muscle strain.
