Question Stick Grip Wiring

Is there a "best way" to wire two stick grips such that they both have the same capabilities? For instance, does there have to be a toggle switch to "activate" one of the grips or do you just wire everything together?

Basicly, you just have to wire your switches in parallel. I don't know how to draw a diagram on this post. If you want to contact me off line or e-mail, I can draw something up and fax or e-mail it back. bgtrk98@cox.net.

I have full duplicate functions on each stick (RC 307). Trim goes to a relay and the others are all just pull to ground in parallel. No big deal at all.

I did the same thing as far as just pulling up grounds with all the switches and the trim relay board. I am using the infinity grips on both sticks. I am building an 8, so I added a switch on the panel " Aft Stick Enable" that switches off the grounds to the rear grip, just in case I am taking kids or non-aviation types for a ride. Just a safety thing.
