Default QB Firewall Sealing

Hello all,

Getting ready to install the hinges for the engine cowl on my QB RV7. There are a few keeper rivets for the fuselage side skins to firewall that I'll remove then replace. The bottom skin is riveted as permanent.

Question: Any suggestions how to run a bead of sealant (Fire Barrier 2000+) between the perimeter of the firewall to fuse skin joints? I believe the instruction manual says to do this. Not much room or flexibility there since it's a QB. Not seeing how I have much access from the aft side either. Firewall angle pieces and gussets in the way. I will of course hit the corners and plug those qaps.

Thanks!
