Default Camshaft lobe dimensions

Hello,
Anyone can tell me where I can find camshaft lobe dimensions? I was looking at the table of limits but nothing there, was looking at different service bulletins but nothing.

I have 3 camshafts, 2 76097 original for my engine and 1 68768 yellow tagged. I was measuring cam lobes with a micrometer and the dimensions of the 3 are very different from each other. I was trying to look for standard dimensions online so I can compare them.

Also, what is the advantage of the camshaft with the integrated gear? If I want to change I will at least need to change the accessories case tach cover.

Thanks,
Filipe
