i have replaced an old first gen i pad mini (7.87 H)with a new mini 4 (8.0 H). the height difference is a problem with the old ram and goflight mounts. time to modify the units and call the companies to see whats up.

I had the same problem with my "AirGizmo" panel doc for the mini, called the company, they had revised the dock, enlarged it slightly, sent me a new replacement, it fit a lot better. Great service.
