AOPA finance has asked for an appraisal of an RV-10 that I have a deposit on in the Portland, Oregon area. Does anyone do appraisals, or know of someone that does appraisals on RV's?

I’m an NAAA (National Aircraft Appraisers Association) Certified appraiser and an RV-10 builder. I can handle your appraisal for you. Experimentals are a little tricky because of not only limited data but also limited documentation of what sales occur. But I have some data sources I think we can use to get you an accurate number.
