Default RV?s/EAA in Democratic Republic of Congo

Anyone in the Democratic Republic of Congo?
Have two College Students in Kinshasa that are wanting to become pilots and A&P?s.
Three Missionary Aviation Fellowship Pilots recommended the students.

Looking for an RV builder that could use assistance building, or, that would be willing to give a Young Eagle type intro flight.
Any other aviation learning opportunities would be appreciated.
Thanks.
