Default Canopy bar

I was checking the pieces in my 7 finishing kit and I found the wind screen roll bar would not fit flat on the fuselage rails. It is a terrible job of welding. I could do better myself. It is out of square by over 1/8 inch. I hope the engine mount is not the same quality.

Default Roll bar

Looking at this weldmart closer, the problem is with the bending of the tubing. The bends are not parallel. The 90 degree angles on the feet are close to being correct but with incorrectly bent tubing, they are off more than I first guessed. With one weldmart on a flat surface, the weldment on the other end is almost 1/4 inch off. The tubing needs to be twisted to correct the fit and I don't think we should even attempt to twist the chromoly tubing.
