Default Control arm priming inside tubes

Hi all,

I received my emp recently, and i note that the powder coated elevator horns seem to be unpainted on the inside of the tubes.

Do i need to swirl some primer in them before they start to rust?

The tailwheel spring bracket is the same, however i assume i should not put any paint in there as i may have issues fitting the spring later?

Thanks for any advice.

Prime inside the horns.

For the steel tailwheel parts, prime and top coat on the outside but no paint on the metal to metal contact points. These get grease.
