Default Data plate - date of manufacturer question

On engraving my data plate, what should I use for Date of Manufacture? I received my registration in November 2006, but I won't get my airworthiness cert until 2007.

Pick the month you think you'll have first flight then use that, no problem. My registration date and data plate dates are months apart Rosie

You don't have to put that information on the data plate. Only 3 things are required: Builder name, Model, Serial number. All must exactly match what's on the registration card.

I used the little EAA data plate that only has spaces for those 3 items.

Jim is right,
The only information required is Make (builder), Model and serial number. And like he says, all information has to match the registration and form 8130-6 (Airworthiness application) EXACTLY.
