I?m having trouble locating the manufacturer of this type of panel/ sub panel set up. I?ve seen several builders with it. Ive included a link below. Any help? Thanks.

Well the panel looks pretty standard. You can make a sub panel with with a flat piece and angle stiffeners pretty simply.

Default Vans Oversize panel

Vans makes an oversize panel for 6,7 &9. It's 2" taller than stock. It's a rectangular blank so you have to match cut and drill it.

Up North Aviation makes panels with the bent lower edge like your photo. and I believe Stein does also.

Probably most anybody who has the ability to cut a panel will also be able to do the bent lower flange.
