Just a note to share my satisfaction with G&G (Conroe - TX). I came to Greg with a laundry list of squaks, including what I thought to be a fuel tank leak and some minor fiberglass work. Needless to say, I was expecting a report full of justifications to big $$$. After a couple days Greg informed that the fuel leak was simple to solve (issue at inspection panel) and included a bunch of "tasks" in the annual price. He also coordinated transponder check with avionics shop and attitude indicator repair with the manufacturer. G&G had plenty of opportunity to overcharge, but was absolutely honest and returned my plane in pristine condition. Just the detailing job (interior, engine, belly, etc) would be worth the full cost they charged. Couldn't be happier to have found honest and capable folks to look over my plane.
