Default Oil gauge, dip stick

I can't really imagine anyone just has an LW 14780 Lycoming (fits my RV 7a with an o-360 B2A1) dip stick laying around, but.....I need one. I went to check my oil for a flight today and when I unscrewed the dipstick the rod had fallen out of the cap. Fortunately it rests about an inch below the top of the tube and was easy to extract with my fingers, being aluminum, it is not magnetic. There is a pin that goes through the cap and shaft and that part of the rod broke. Not a good design. The pin is too large and leaves very little metal to hold the rod in the cap. Fifty two years of flying and never saw that before.

At any rate, Sky Geek seems to be the least expensive source at $127.43

If anyone knows of a better deal, pls let me know.

I could probably drill out the 1/8th inch top of the rod left in the cap, and re-pin it and then remark the oil levels, but.....
