Right now my engine (Rotax 912) is using bowden cables for the throttle and carb. However, living in the midwest, I have discovered that these have the tendency to get moisture inside them, leading to corrosion and freezing. After find the throttle completely stuck, I have pulled the bowden cables out of the plane. Now, I am looking for a more water-proof alternative to replace them with. Something like this comes to mind, but I'm not sure they would work with the dual throttle/carb.
