Default Partially built Empennage and Wing kit Questions

Hi all, I finally am getting close to the point of starting on my very own rv8. After lurking for a while I am pulling the trigger and starting my dream project. That being said I found a partially built wing and empennage kit and am wondering what I should be looking for in particular. Attached are pictures that I was set already. The wings are from 96 or 97 and I am also worried that I may have some issues with compatibility with a new fuselage kit. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Default Colorado Springs

Hi Ryan,

I see you are in Colorado Springs. There are many builders/flyers in this area and Denver that will gladly offer knowledge and help.

I suggest you contact Van's on the compatibility questions.

Hi,

Did you ever get your answer?

I'd be interested in what you found out because I have the same situation.

I have the older wings but was told by Vans that they would fit the new center section.
