Original one piece wheelpant question

I recently bought a pair of the original RV-4 one piece wheel pants (VA108-L&R). Does anybody know what P/N the brackets for these one piece wheelpants use? The -4 plans I have only show the two piece version (VA-157) and not sure if those brackets (U-810-L&R) were the same for the VA-108 pants.
