The ADS-B+ our is what is needed, and it is RS232, not ARINC429. Most ADS-B transmitters don?t require the Time Mark wires. I think the Navworx is the only one asking for that signal. They should always be active, but it?s not a signal that you can read that I know of. If you are using a ModeS-ES transponder, you only need the RS232.
