Perkins Field/ Overton info

My wife and I will be in Vegas this weekend and was thinking of visiting Valley of Fire State Park. I see Perkins Field/ Overton airport on the map, but have been unsuccessful contacting them for more info.

Is anyone here familiar with this airport and know if ground transportation is available??
