Default Mil Spec fastner question

I am getting ready to install my fastners and wondered if there are any tricks I should know? Also what is the best way to make the large holes in the fiberglass and aluminum? I am guessing a step bit. I do have the Mil Spec tools.
Thanks in advance!

A step bit is perfect. Make sure it doesn't walk on you and move your holes off center as they grow.

Arguing on the internet is like having a competition to see who can hit a brick wall the hardest. You may win, but you're still an idiot.
