Finding a partner

I had my first son just over a year ago and just found out Baby #2 is on the way . The 3 of us have taken a few fun trips in the RV including Oshkosh but that's not happening for very much longer as they both get bigger so my flying is going to go down even more.

It's becoming hard to justify keeping the plane with as few hours as I fly; when I look at the hourly cost for the last year OUCH. With that said every time I think about selling it i get a knot is my stomach so that's not an ideal option either. I'm hoping to find a partner that will help get the expenses more reasonable.

I'm looking for advice on how to find a partner and run the partnership for my RV-7. What have been your experiences with partnerships good and bad please? How did you find your partner? Part of my problem is I just moved here 18 months ago and have not made any connections at the airport as of yet.

Also, if anyone here is in the Alexandria, MN area and is interested let me know.
