Oil temp probe failure

For the second time in about 150hrs, the second oil temperature probe has failed. Actually, the first one may have been before I got it because it never worked. Anyway, I don't want to order another from GRT due to shipping delays. I would like to pick one up locally. Anyone done this and can tell me the manufacture's name and part number? The GRT part number is FT-LC-01. It has two wires coming out the top.

Call Stein. When my oil temp sending unit went T.U. Stein took care of me. It was a UMA unit and he sent the replacement.
