Default Affordable Panel Construction Question

For those of you that have done one of these, I am at the begining stage where the instructions tell me to match up the original Van's panel to this one to match drill 4 holes. However the 4 holes shown in the panel plans are already drilled, but there is an additional one on each side that is not. Question is, do I drill this additional hole on each side, or not. Anyone else run into this question? Got voice mail at the company. Thanks in advance.
