It is with a heavy heart I report an RV-12 crashed yesterday - the pilot was fatally injured. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of those affected.

If I hear some information from those related to the deceased, I will post it (if that is their wish). When the FINAL report is published by the NTSB, it will be added to the Probable Cause list at:
http://www.vansairforce.net/AccidentsAndSynopsis.htm. We encourage discussion on those probable cause documents. Please discuss these all you want and hopefully learn something that will make you a safer pilot!
