Default SDS Hall Sensor Cable Protection Ideas

This issue seems to be troubling some people.

I was over at Ralph Inkster's hangar today and looking at his latest RV build. I thought he had a nice simple solution to Hall sensor cable protection on his SDS installation. I snapped a phone picture in low light, so please forgive the quality.

I invite others to share their solutions here.

Default 5052 tubing for wires

I used some left over fuel tubing to protect the wires.

Service joint if I ever want to cut and fit a Deutsch Connector

Default SDS Hall Sensor Cable Protection Ideas

There is one SDS equipped RV-4 featured in Kitplanes that has no belt driven alternator. That provides a lot of protection.

Default SDS system

Brian,
I will PM you about breakfast. As for talking about SDS, I can say the system is awesome and the factory support is top notch.
