Aerosance FADEC code while flying?

Hi all,

I flew my bird for the first time last week and noticed that the right 2 cylinders were lighting up on the aerosance monitor while flying. Wish I could post a picture but have been having trouble upload.

All other engine gauges were normal and the engine sounded good.

I have a funny feeling it was something I was doing such as keeping the fuel pump on during the start, take off and while flying but I figured I pose the question to the forum to see what anyone knew.
