Looks real similar to the old TEAM Airbike. I'm not real crazy about ultralights but I really liked that design. Unfortunately some guy crashed one and either he or his family sued TEAM. I don't think they won but the legal costs forced TEAM out of business. Their designs are still available from a different company but the airbike was discontinued because of the lawsuit. Sad

Heck I think one would be fun on a nice summer day... About the price of two tail kits completed without engine... Maybe I could get some building skills with one of these, sell it for a small profit (maybe), and use it to help fund a tail . Its just looks fun to fly IMO.

One of the guys in my EAA chapter built one of these Afraid-a-planes. I have never seen it off the trailer. Maybe he will fly it this year? I know that he has been training in the Citabria and figuring out the whole tailwheel thing.

Personally, it is not enough plane to interest me. I am not sure if I would strap it on.
