The MS24665 numbers make no sense to me at all. The other ones go

AN380-x-y

Diameter is x/32"
Length is y/4"

Sooo....

A AN380-3-8 is 3/32"X8/4" (i.e. 3/32" X 2")

...or, you can look here if that's all you want.
