Replacement for AFS 4500

Had a failure of my 4500 yesterday. Shawn at AFS suggests it may be an expensive repair. So exploring my options before directing them on the repair.

Any of the current EFIS use the same panel opening?

I have barely 70 hours on the Hobbs. Rather not go back to building for a while.

Before you do anything send us the unit so we can see what is wrong with it.

We do have an upgrade program to an AF-5400 that will fit in the same cut-out with minimal wiring.
