Default Van's New Cowl Plugs

I just received my new cowl plugs from Van's today. Very High Quality Plugs!!! Nicely made and also included a pitot cover and a bottle of plastic polish as a bonus. The pitot cover looks to be made for the larger style heated pitot tubes. Well worth the 60 bucks.

Roberta, I know there is no way you could overlook the flags and stuff attached to the plugs, but if you drape the strap connecting the plugs over the spinner in front of a prop blade, the prop will sling the plugs away from the plane if somebody tried starting it with the cowl plugged. Belt and suspenders approach, ya know....
