I have a different issue that I am wondering if anyone else has seen. Periodically I "print" a pdf copy using the option on Kitlog. Then I make a backup of my database.

Since my last successful conversion back on 9/12/15, my Kitlog will no longer convert my build to a pdf file. I have been in contact with Matt and still have not gotten it fixed. We thought that there might be a corrupt entry but I tried to print several smaller date ranges and even loaded the saved database from 2015 and it will not convert to a pdf either.

I get an error that states "An unhandled exception has occurred in your application".

I sent a copy of my database to Matt and he successfully converted it. This is a stop gap solution and would like to avoid bothering Matt every six months.

I have one computer on Windows 7 and one on 10. Same problem with both. They are both pulling from the same database file on a NAS server.

Paul,

I have that problem as well. My solution is to print it as Standard (as opposed to PDF). Then, in your Standard report, select Print and in your Printer selection drop down menu, select Microsoft Print to PDF.
