Default Aileron Push Rod, Flap Interference

6 forward edge of flaps interferes with Aileron Pushrod. It looks like an easy fix by simply trimming the forward outboard end of the flap at an angle and backwards. I would guess 1/4 - 3/8" at the leading egde tapering back maybe and inch or so should do it. Hidden when flaps are up and hardly noticable when down. Curious if this is common.

Post That's what I did on my 6

I trimmed mine about 3/4" but at a slightly curvy angle. I will see if I can get a pic tomorrow and put it up. It looked pretty nice and really would not be noticed once the flap is installed.
