Default Trailing edge discrepancy

I'm putting my flaps together today. In the process I noticed the pre-formed te on the flaps is quite a bit larger than the ones I did on my ailerons. The ailerons came out with about a .100" radius as opposed to the .125" radius on the plans. My flaps have about a .180" radius. I checked the plans for both, and sure enough the flaps show about a .175" radius. Anyway, put next to each other it the difference looks like ****. Any reason they are not the same? I'm thinking now maybe I should build new ailerons at some point, cause there's no way to change them now. I WAS so happy with how things were going till I saw this

Mine are almost the same, my ails. do have the 1/8 R as called out on the dwg.. Line up the tips of the LE's. When you do flight testing they may need some fine tuning. you can always squeeze the LE's radius down but you can't unsqueeze them. You may have a problem with the ailerons being squeezed to small but there is nothing you can do now except wait. If you can't get it to fly right you can build new ones I guess.

I don't think i'd worry about the radius as far as flight characteristics go, my stiffen up the aileron feel slightly, but only slightly.

Default cosmetics

I was thinking more from a cosmetic point of view. I'm not trying to build a show plane by any means, but this seems big at the moment.
