Unhappy LASAR Ignition System and GRT EIS 4000

I purchased a nice VANs RV9 with the LASAR Ignition System and the GRT EIS 4000. A dual probe was installed in the #4 cylinder that feeds both the LASAR and EIS 4000. On the EIS 4000 the CHT reads properly for cylinders 1-3, however, the #4 cylinder only reads about 59 degrees or so.

Has anyone seen this before and solved the issue? I installed a new dual probe and had the same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
