Garmin subscriptions changed?

I've got a gdl 39 3D that I use with garmin pilot and my iPad...

I sure thought I bought US Standard and then VFR premium...I played a little with synthetic vision, safe taxi, and terrain awareness...then set it aside to work on my ppl and haven't messed with it a lot.

Now I got a notice that my subscription was expiring and I updated ($75 us standard) I still can't download safetaxi stuff and can't view terrain stuff. I click on the subscription link and I have the choice of Global premium ($599), US Ifr premium $75, some data that I think is just for flight stream users, and some international stuff.

What happened to VFR premium? Everything references it, but it doesn't appear to exist?
