Default Upgrading a Garmin 430 to WAAS

Members,

I am trying to get some current info for a hangar neighbor.

Will Garmin still upgrade a 430 to WAAS (430W) ?
What is the current cost $ ?
He will need a newer style WAAS antenna and cable.
Does the antenna come with the upgrade cost?

Thanks for any info you can provide.

The antenna does come with the upgrade, but the antenna now will have a TNC connector instead of a BNC connector.
