Default Potential Control Grips?

I ran across the product described in the sites listed below. I think it may have potential for use as a simple control stick grip or flap handle grip. I have not tried it myself -- I use simple foam bicycle handle bar grips on my RV-12.

Meh, looks like regular old cold shrink tubing.
Been around for a long time.
