Default Tyvek to wrap/store parts?

I'm wrapping up my RV-14A empennage. I will be storing the parts in a climate controlled storage facility. I'm thinking about wrapping each part (as well as the tailcone itself) in Tyvek housewrap. I'm thinking this will "breathe" while protecting parts from dust and discouraging pests/insects.

Interested in others' thoughts on this, also - would it make sense to take vinyl off if using Tyvek wrap?

Default

It has to be better than plastic. I used it for a sail on a sailboat my daughter and I built long ago and it worked great for that. It is reasonably cheap so it should work well.
