3/4" Tube Bender
Anyone in the area have the ability to do a very simple radius bend in some 3/4" Aluminum tube? I got one of the spring bender styles and it didn't work out well. All of the hardware store tools only accommodate up to 5/8"

Mark Charlie, Ha!
I have one of these and it works great for EMT. Not that expensive. If you only have one or two bends, maybe early in the morning or late in the evening you can take your pieces to HD and bend them there!

Good idea - I'll give it a try once the snow stops!

I think you mean a 1/2 inch EMT bender.
!/2 inch trade size EMT is 0.706 OD.

Alternative quick method is to sandwich a circle of plywood between a couple of sheets of plywood and bend to whatever radius you want (within reason) by making the circle the right diameter/radius. Two outer sheets of plywood help keep the tubing from collapsing. Works pretty well for fairly soft metal tubing (aluminum, soft copper).
